Excursion
During the last day excursion bus (free of charge) will take us to the:
Metsamor – historical and archaeological museum-reserve (included in UNESCO’s List of Cultural Heritage)
Zvartnots – 7th-century cathedral and churches of the Echmiatsin (included in UNESCO’s List of Cultural Heritage)
Gegard – medieval monastery (UNESCO World Heritage site)
Garni – the only Hellenistic temple in the South Caucasus
Gala dinner
The end of the day we will spent in Garni Town restaurant where one can enjoy the delicious dishes of Armenian and Caucasian cuisine, see the entire process of baking Armenian bred lavash (inscribed in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity), and take a chance to try to bake a lavash.
